Terms of Service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms apply when you create an AI assistant with YourBotChat, operated by Net Media Labs Ltd. By signing up you agree to them.

What the service does

You give us facts about your business. We provide an AI assistant that answers your customers on your website or on a hosted chat page, captures enquiries, and emails them to you.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your prices, hours and services accurate — the assistant repeats what you give it.
  • Only enter information you have the right to publish.
  • Reply to the people who leave their details. The assistant promises someone will be in touch.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or to impersonate another business.

What AI can and cannot do

The assistant is instructed to answer only from the information you provide and never to confirm a booking itself. Even so, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking enquiries before acting on them, and we recommend confirming every appointment yourself. The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that every answer will be accurate.

Plans and payment

  • Free: 50 conversations per calendar month and a small “Powered by YourBotChat” badge.
  • Starter: £29 per month for unlimited conversations, no badge, and the AI connector.
  • Done-for-you: £49 one-off setup.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are handled by Stripe. Cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid month. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Refunds

If something is not working and we cannot fix it, email hello@yourbotchat.com within 14 days of payment and we will refund that month. One-off setup fees are refundable before work starts.

Your data and content

Your business information, conversations and leads remain yours. We process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Delete your assistant at any time and the associated conversations and leads are removed.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — it depends on third parties including our AI and hosting providers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
